Shipping


We ship worldwide with Priority Air Mail using Croatian Post service (Hrvatska pošta). Tracking is included.
Domestic shipping (shipping within Croatia) on all orders is free.


Please have in mind that we are based in Croatia, Europe. We keep it a priority to process your order and to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

Order processing time:
All orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days (this does not include weekend days or holidays). If you need an item shipped promptly, contact us here or send an email to hello@isolashop.com and we'll see what we can do.

In rare cases, normal shipping time can be prolongued depending on the customs delays or specific events with the postal service in your country. We cannot be responsible for delays of post service due to holidays or weather conditions, but feel free to contact us and we will try to help resolve any issue you might have.

Express shipping is available upon request, contact us here or send an email to hello@isolashop.com. Please include your full address (country, city and street address) and we will provide the exact cost for express delivery and duration.

Shipping address:
Your order will be shipped to the address you provided in the checkout process. Please make sure that this address is correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.
You will be required to sign for your package upon delivery.

Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation notice with tracking number for your parcel so you can follow it on its way to the destination address.

Tracking for Australian orders: International Priority Air Mail / Registered Post service may result in "Product not trackable" status for your parcel. Australia Post states: "These services do not come with tracking as a standard feature; therefore no track events will be shown. However, for Registered Post International, a signature will be obtained when the item is delivered."

Customs and import duties:
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may be charged to international orders placed outside of European Union. These fees are separate from shipping charges and cannot be included in the price in the shop. For more information on taxes contact your local customs office.
